# Friday Seller Tools — Digital Service Refund Policy

Friday Seller Tools provides low-cost digital services that begin processing immediately after
payment. If a paid job fails to produce its promised deliverable, produces an unreadable file,
or is charged more than once for the same idempotent request, contact
orders@breathenaturally.com within 7 calendar days. Include the job ID and the public payment
transaction reference; never send a wallet private key or seed phrase.

After the payment and service failure are verified, Breathe Naturally LLC will provide either a
replacement deliverable or a full refund of the service price, at the customer's choice. An
approved cryptocurrency refund is handled manually and returned to the original payment wallet
on the original network when technically feasible. Third-party wallet, exchange, conversion,
and blockchain fees are not charged by Friday Seller Tools and are not refundable by us.

The physical-product return promise published on BreatheNaturally.com continues to apply to
eligible physical-product orders. This digital-service policy applies only to Friday Seller
Tools API purchases.
