How do I reconcile a TikTok Shop order settlement without buyer data?

Rebuild a TikTok Shop settlement identity from redacted payment, co-funding, fee, refund, and recorded-settlement fields, then separate bookkeeping gaps from contribution review.

Export one settlement scope and redact it before analysis

Choose one reporting currency and an as-of date, then keep a seller-owned reference, settlement date, optional product and SKU aliases, customer payment, platform co-funded amount, commission fee, transaction fee, affiliate commission, shipping cost, other fees, refunds, and the recorded settlement amount. Remove buyer identity, address, bank details, payment instruments, and raw order identifiers. Do not combine currencies or rows from different exports merely because they share a date.

Rebuild the settlement identity component by component

Add customer payment and the supplied platform co-funded amount to obtain the revenue side. Add commission, transaction, affiliate, shipping, and other fees separately, then subtract that fee total and supplied refunds from revenue. Compare the computed amount with the recorded settlement inside a seller-selected cent tolerance. Keep every native component visible: collapsing fees into one input can make a column-mapping error look like a valid payout.

Treat an identity mismatch as a source-review lead

Rank rows outside tolerance by absolute mismatch, largest first. A difference often means a missing adjustment, wrong sign, incomplete export, timing boundary, or mis-mapped column; the arithmetic alone does not prove TikTok Shop paid the wrong amount. Preserve co-funded refund rows in their own queue because both values can require source interpretation. Never net unrelated positive and negative row differences into a reassuring zero.

Calculate contribution only where both costs are supplied

When product cost and fulfillment cost are both available for a row, subtract them from the recorded settlement and show contribution beside fee share of revenue. If either cost is absent, leave contribution unknown rather than treating the missing value as zero. Rank negative-contribution and seller-defined high-fee-share rows separately from identity exceptions; sound settlement arithmetic does not imply the sale was profitable.

Verify current Seller Center evidence before bookkeeping action

Open the authorized settlement detail for each queued alias and confirm source scope, signs, refund timing, co-funding, fee labels, adjustments, and any omitted tax or logistics entries. Re-export a complete window before changing the books or contacting support. Friday reads no TikTok Shop account, claims no payout or credit is owed, opens no case, moves no money, changes no order, product, price, promotion, or account, and publishes no listing.

Tools that help with this

Prices below are exact x402 per-call prices. Human card checkout uses fixed $3, $9, and $29 bundles; follow a tool page to see its applicable bundle.

Every paid output is a draft for your review before you publish, appeal, or activate anything. Friday does not access your seller account.
