How do I review pending Walmart Marketplace settlements by cash week?

Convert seller-supplied completion dates, displayed settlement terms, amounts, and hold observations into a weekly cash queue without claiming Walmart owes funds.

Record the completion basis Walmart actually shows

Start with pending settlement rows from an authorized Seller Center source. Assign a seller-owned reference and retain whether the row uses an invoiced or delivered completion basis, the corresponding completion date, expected amount, currency, displayed settlement date or delay, and supplied reason observation. Remove order, customer, address, tracking, message, bank, payment-instrument, and evidence content. Never substitute an order date when the source's timing begins from a different supplied event.

Translate only the displayed timing term

If Seller Center displays a settlement date, keep that date. If it displays delay days, add them to the supplied completion date. Do not add an assumed marketplace cadence on top. Compare the result with one as-of date and warning window to create past-supplied-date, due, and awaiting-term bands. This arithmetic exposes stale or urgent rows for review; it does not verify a settlement policy, predict an initiation, or establish that a row is payable.

Keep supplied hold reasons separate from timing

Preserve standard-schedule, new-seller-hold, dispute-or-adjustment-hold, and no-reason observations exactly as the seller supplied them. A reason label is context, not a diagnosis or policy judgment. Sort inside each timing band by larger expected amount, older completion date, then reference. Sum the bands and reasons separately so a future expected settlement does not offset a past-date row and one disputed amount does not disappear inside a net total.

Build a cash-week scenario without promising arrival

Assign each displayed or arithmetic settlement date to its Monday-through-Sunday week and total only one currency at a time. Report past-date, due, and awaiting amounts beside the weekly total rather than as one certain cash forecast. Walmart review, payout initiation, weekends, bank processing, new transactions, reserves, refunds, fees, and adjustments can all change what eventually settles. The calendar view helps plan attention and liquidity; it is not an accounts-receivable assertion.

Refresh the source, then reconcile the posted settlement

For every past or due row, recheck the current Seller Center status, displayed date, amount, completion basis, hold observation, and any newer settlement or adjustment. After Walmart posts a settlement and the bank records a deposit, reconcile signed sales, fees, refunds, credits, reserves, and unmatched rows in a separate ledger. This method does not prove Walmart owes funds or that a settlement is late. Friday reads no account, moves no money, files no dispute, changes nothing, and publishes no listing.

Tools that help with this

Prices below are exact x402 per-call prices. Human card checkout uses fixed $3, $9, and $29 bundles; follow a tool page to see its applicable bundle.

Every paid output is a draft for your review before you publish, appeal, or activate anything. Friday does not access your seller account.
