What you receive
- Charges and credits totaled separately by Walmart's amount-sign convention
- Billed charge versus reported spend for each non-overlapping billing window
- Non-SUCCESS statuses, duplicate rows, and overlapping charge windows ranked for review
- Whole-day billing coverage gaps between merged charge windows
- Performance spend periods no supplied invoice window covers yet
Who it is for
Walmart Marketplace sellers, agencies, and finance teams matching weekly SEM invoices to performance-report spend before closing an advertising accounting period.
Delivery: usually a structured result, workbook, or ZIP depending on the tool.
How it stays safe
Friday calculates only from the invoice dates, billing windows, statuses, signed amounts, currencies, payment modes, and aggregate spend totals you supply—never bank, card, payment-instrument, buyer, or order data. It reads no Walmart account or API and verifies no field. A mismatch, overlap, gap, or non-SUCCESS status is a bookkeeping exception, not proof that a Walmart invoice is incorrect or that a refund is owed. Friday does not publish listings and never changes a campaign, budget, bid, payment method, item, or listing. A human must verify the source exports and current Walmart records.
