Who it is for
Shopify Markets merchants and bookkeepers checking their own redacted multi-currency order and refund records before a human reviews a payout question.
Delivery: usually a structured result, workbook, or ZIP depending on the tool.
How it stays safe
Friday performs arithmetic only on seller-supplied redacted order dates, market aliases, currencies, capture and refund-time exchange rates, fee-basis modes, fee rates, processing fees, recorded payout amounts, and expected fee refunds. It reads no Shopify account, order, refund, payout, customer, payment instrument, exchange-rate feed, or fee schedule and verifies no source field. Shopify alone determines actual exchange rates, fee bases, fees, refunds, and payouts. A difference or FX movement is a bookkeeping review lead, not proof of a wrong charge, missing payout, refund, credit, or amount owed. Friday executes no refund, files no dispute, moves no money, does not publish listings, and changes no order, payout, market, currency, or store account.
