What you receive
- Recomputed standard and RDR-inclusive rates from supplied counts
- Exported-minus-recomputed rate differences against your tolerance
- Headroom or overage against both supplied warning thresholds
- Math-mismatch, threshold, approaching, and context review bands
- Store-level monthly totals, latest state, and rate changes
Who it is for
Shopify Payments merchants and bookkeepers consolidating aggregate monthly chargeback-rate observations across stores before a human reviews current dashboard standing.
Delivery: usually a structured result, workbook, or ZIP depending on the tool.
How it stays safe
Friday performs arithmetic only on seller-supplied aggregate store aliases, calendar-month eligible-transaction and chargeback counts, exported rates, optional won-chargeback context, warning thresholds, tolerance, and buffer. It reads no Shopify account, Payments dashboard, dispute, order, buyer, transaction, evidence, payout, or card-network table and verifies no source field. Shopify, banks, and card networks alone determine dispute populations, monitoring terms, thresholds, account standing, and outcomes. Won counts are never subtracted. A threshold label is arithmetic against the supplied input, not proof of enrollment, risk, compliance, or standing. Friday files no dispute, submits no evidence, moves no money, does not publish listings, and changes no dispute, payout, or store account.
